JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, co-accused Udai Rai, against whom there is allegation of giving order to main shooter, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Shahpur ( bahoranpur) P.S.Case No. 234 of 2014.
