Heard the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against petitioner no.1, namely, Sitaram Yadav, who is the father-in-law of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. His application for

So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Pushpa Kumari is concerned, considering the fact that petitioner no.2 is unmarried sister-in-law of the deceased and she being the junior member of her family is not expected to involve in this case, her application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Pushpa Kumari, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
