The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,471,120B,420 and 198 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that her father Kashi Nath Sahay died on 24.3.2013. At the relevant time the informant was abroad when she came to India she found forged death certificate of her father reflecting the date of death as 28.3.2013 instead of 24.3.2013

No.25111 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the wife of the deceased and informant is step daughter and due to dispute with regard to the property the accusation has been levelled. The petitioner has brought on record the application submitted for issuance of death certificate as Annexure 3 which reflects that the petitioner mentioned the date of death as 24.3.2013 but by mistake the authorities issued the death certificate mentioning the date of death as 28.3.2013 which was subsequently corrected. The said certificate has not been used any where.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the informant that the said certificate was fraudulently obtained and authorities of Nagar Parishad have not supported the fact that subsequently the date of death was corrected. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased whose death certificate is in dispute and the application filed for issuance of death certificate bears the date of death as 24.3.2013, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
