It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that vide order dated 19.10.2016, the petitioner was granted bail with a condition that other bailor shall be the father of the petitioner but the father of the petitioner has already died. In above view of the matter, in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order, let the words "and the other bailor shall be the father of the petitioner" be deleted.

Accordingly, order dated 19.10.2016 is modified to that extent only.
