JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 03-10-2017 In the matter of reducing the quantity of ammunition to be procured along with various arms, when the quantity was reduced in the licence, statutory in nature, granted to the petitioner under Form No.12, the learned Writ Court interfered into the matter finding that the change in the conditions of the licence and reduction of the quantity has been done without hearing the petitioner and without granting him any opportunity of

In doing so, we find that no error has been committed by the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration, particularly now when the period for which the licence was renewed is over in the year 2005 itself.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, finding no ground for interference, the appeal stands dismissed.
