The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 308 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission of learned counsel is that husband is in jail custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35638 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S.
