Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners, the informant and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.205 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/3 in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No.612 of 2019. The informant Urmila Devi made allegation that the accused persons named in the FIR badly assaulted her son Suresh Paswan and her husband Brahmdeo Paswan. The allegation against the petitioner no.6 is that he inflicted Farsa blow on the head of Suresh Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and in the counter case also members of the petitioner have sustained injuries. He has submitted further that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance, except one injury on the person of Brahmdeo Paswan which is grievous in nature, but that injury has not been specifically attributed against any of accused persons, rather the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No.612 of 2019, subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.205 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 3/3 to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
