1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Rabindra Kumar.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Anil, in conspiracy with other accused persons including the petitioners, forged the Aadhaar card of Kapurawa Devi and made Usha Devi appear in place of Kapurawa Devi before the Registrar and got the land transferred in his name

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the complaint, it would manifest that thrust of the allegation is against Anil who indulged in committing the forgery i.e. by forging the Aadhaar card of Kapurawa Devi, he purchased the land from Usha Devi. It is next submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, they are alleged to have been part of the conspiracy, as such, there is no direct allegation against him.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that of late the price of the land in the State of Bihar has skyrocketed and as such, such forged transactions are taking place. It is also submitted that there is specific allegation in the complaint that Kapurawa Devi died 20 years back and she had two daughters, Jethni and Baso and the complainant had purchased the land in dispute from the sons of Baso Devi, but then same land was purchased by Anil by forging the Aadhaar card of Kapurawa Devi with aid of the petitioners and other accused persons.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37557 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 3/3 APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
