This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chhatapur (Rajeshwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 02.08.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37123 of 2020 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.37785 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10505 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 For the reason recorded in the order dated 02.08.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37123 of 2020 and Criminal Miscellaneous No.37785 of 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur (Rajeshwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
