Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 51, 54 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

15 litres toddy and 20 litres country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.04.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30808 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016.
