JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the house of this petitioner a stolen motorcycle was recovered and on disclosure of the petitioner eight more stolen motorcycles were recovered from the disclosed place. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts specially the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10325 of 2017 (3) dt.24-04-2017 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.374 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
