2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., informant submits that he and his son were going to market and the accused persons including the petitioner attacked the informant with intention to kill them. Son of the informant received injury and thereafter the accused person fired gunshots from roof of house but the same did not touch / hit them. Further, it has been alleged that the accused persons assaulted the daughter of informant due to which she sustained injury on head.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that six

Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2026 and he is having one criminal antecedent in which he has been granted bail by the Court below.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and submission made by petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned Court, Buxar, in connection with Tilak Rai Ka Hata P.S. Case No. 23 of 2026, on condition that one bailor should be family member of the petitioner.
