Petitioners seek bail in Madhepura P.S. Case No.267 of 1999 registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail.
It is submitted that the petitioners have been in custody since 23.10.2016.
Having considered the period of custody and alleged offence, petitioners, namely, Nago Yadav and Abhinandan Yadav @ Awadh Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7464 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.267 of 1999 with a condition that they shall remain physically present during the course of trial on each and every date. On failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
