1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17498 of 2026 with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father. It is submitted that father of the petitioner died on 30.10.2017 but inadvertently in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6204 of 2026, the word "Late" could not be prefixed before the name of his father. It is also submitted that death certificate of the father of the petitioner is annexed as a Annexure P/4 with the instant modification application.

3. Learned APP also does not oppose the anticipatory bail application.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration the death certificate of the father of the petitioner, the order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17498 of 2026 is modified to the extent that if petitioner surrenders on or before 24.07.2026, his anticipatory bail bonds shall be accepted on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-. It is made clear that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his brother Raman Kumar. The rest of the conditions shall remain intact.

5. The order dated 29.04.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17498 of 2026 is modified to the extent indicated above.
