Having regard to the fact that the petitioner, an Assistant Teacher in the Primary School, is aggrieved of an order of transfer, the remedy for him is only by way of filing an appeal in terms of the Bihar State Nationalized Primary School Teacher (Transfer) Rules, 2006.

When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal.
