Considering the seriousness of the offences against the petitioners punishable under Sections366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22462 of 2015 (3) dt.20-08-2015 That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.

Nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioners in surrendering before the Court below and seeking regular bail.
