Petitioners being brother's wife, sister and brother-in-law are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are separate from the husband of the victim. The petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are resident of different place and the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46782 of 2014 (2) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
