This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act.

Country made liquor was recovered from the vehicle on which the petitioner was a co-rider. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2017. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court on completion of four months in custody.
