2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 at the outset submits that the case was referred for mediation and the mediation succeeded.

3. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 are living happily and are leading a peaceful conjugal live, it is next submitted that he has instructions to make submissions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40438 of 2023(6) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.311 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
