Petitioners being parents and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and the victim died due to the accidental fire.
Considering the fact that case was instituted in the year 2010, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45541 of 2014 (2) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 Let learned Court below consider regular bail of the petitioners without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 164 of 2010, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
