2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 85 of 2026 instituted under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are alleged to have brutally assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not assaulted anyone. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground that the injury sustained by victim is grievous in nature.

6. In view of the injuries sustained by the victim, which prima facie corroborate the allegations against the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail in the court below.
