2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner became successful in getting job of teacher by producing forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. She is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43375 of 2025(6) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 did not resign in amnesty period granted by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner which shows that she has not resigned from the job.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
