On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioners, the same is allowed and M.J.C. No.289 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that a cost of Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees) will be deposited by the petitioner in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today.
