The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that petitioner has taken away the wife of the informant along with valuable material which was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in jail since 1.2.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Md. Imran, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13379 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 Additional Sessions Judge Xth, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No.28 of 2016 (S.T. No.63 of 2017), subject to the condition that petitioner would participate in the court proceeding.
