This application is for quashing order dated 12.07.2013 passed by the C.J.M(P.F.) Araria in G.R. Case No.341 of 2012, Forbisganj P.S.Case No.62 of 2012.

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charges. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
