JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to one police official when police officials had gone to catch the criminals. The injury of the injured police official appears to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.01.2016 and except the present case as well as Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 03 of 2016, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
