JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One rifle containing two live cartridges is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 15.03.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri ( T) P.S.Case No. 152 of 2016.
