2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner looted Rs. 3, 68, 000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Eigth Thousand Only) from the informant on the point of pistol.

4. During investigation materials have come against the petitioner to connect him with the crime. The petitioner is also accused in 13 more cases.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
