The Petitioner seeks bail in Nautan(Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner is Dewar of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in custody. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. From the impugned order also, it appears that there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
