ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2019 in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.44 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. In view of the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Buxar, in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.44 of 2019.
