2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 12.02.2024 at about 11:00 A.M., the informant received secret information that the sex racket is going on in mohalla-Agarwa near railway line and after receiving the information, the informant along with police party conducted raid. On the said raid, 5 accused persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that has got no concern with the alleged sexracket and he was not present at the place of occurrence. Only on the confession of apprehended co-accused persons petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
