The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kasma P.S. Case No. 11/16 registered under Sections 409, 420, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case is lodged due to non-handing over the ledgers, registers with regard to appointment of Panchayat Teachers. The petitioner is the Panchayat Secretary of Balar Gram Panchayat and he also got additional charge of Panchayat Secretary of Bhaduki Kala Gram Panchayat in the year 2015. The petitioner did not receive any ledger, register with regard to the appointment of Panchayat Teachers made in the year 2006 at the time of taking over the charge from his predecessor.
