BAJANTHRI) 13-09-2023 The present M.J.C.- Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22477 of 2018 read with petitioner's representation dated 16.01.2020. Grievance of the petitioner is that certain encroachments have been made by some persons. In this regard, official respondents have registered encroachment case, pursuant to the petitioner's representation and process of encroachment case is in vogue.

2. Taking note of above material and facts and the fact that orders of this Court is dated 06.01.2020, it is more than three and half years. Therefore, further six months time is granted to the concerned officials to complete the encroachment case.
3. With the above observations, the present M.J.C.- Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application for revival of this order in the event of non-compliance of aforesaid order. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) (Arun Kumar Jha, J) rakhi/- U
