2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 25, 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of total 1027 liters of codeine rich cough syrup out of which 15 liters have been recovered from the bag pack of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2026.

5. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity of codeine rich cough syrup from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
