It is informed on behalf of both the parties that in the light of order dated 13.08.2015, the parties have settled their dispute and now they have no grievance against each other and this petition may be disposed of in the light of above stated settlement.
Since parties have already settled their dispute and the present dispute has arisen on account of matrimonial discord and petitioner being husband of the complainant apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case 2027 of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22899 of 2015 (9) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2027 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and dispose of the above stated Complaint Case No. 2027 of 2014 in the light of compromise even only recording the statement of complainant.
