This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(A), 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioner and others allegedly committed assault and theft as well as attempted to outrage the modesty of the female members. There is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court.
