Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P. S. case no. 171/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries. The informant of the present case sustained simple injury and so far as the petitioner is concerned, he, too, sustained altogether three injuries out of which one injury is on his head and opinion regarding the aforesaid injury has been kept reserved.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22115 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Uchkagaon P. S. case no. 171/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
