The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused killed the daughter of informant for dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the husband of the petitioner is in jail as stated in para-7 of the bail petition. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36443 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Bhagwanganj Police Station Case No. 37 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
