Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Babhua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 319 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report has been lodged against unknown and the petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.04.2019.
