The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bisfi P.S. Case No.131 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (x) of SC/ST Act. On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted in the light of order dated 7.07.2015 passed in the present case that cognizance has already been taken against the petitioners. Considering the fact that since cognizance has already been taken in the present case, this application is not maintainable

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22979 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 and the same stands rejected.
