Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 arising out of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.204 of 2019 registered under Sections 8. 20 (b) (ii) (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.09.2019.
