2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No.632 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. In any event he agrees to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,500/- per month regularly for the benefit of opposite party no.2.

No.22163 of 2015 (5) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 07.07.2015 pending in the Court of Sri Dipanshu Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with C.R. No.632 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
