JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (A) To quash the letter bearing letter no. 44/20 dated 31.05.2020 issued by the Manager, National Security Forces, Patna whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been disengaged from service.

(B) Consequently to direct the respondents no. 2 to 5 to absorb/appoint the petitioner against a sanctioned and vacant post of Sweeper, who is working on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15657 of 2021(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 the said post since 2005 on daily wages basis."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
