JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37562 of 2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2022 and up-till now the trial has not been concluded. Considering the fact that prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected since there was consistent circumstantial evidence against him and learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any new ground, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42093 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 matter. The prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from today.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months.
