2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant with Lathi and Danda, in the meantime, on the exhortation of the co-accused Ramu, the petitioner assaulted on his back with knife causing severe

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The informant sustained injury on his back which is on the non-vital part of the body. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically
