Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was in constant touch with co-accused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 14.4.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S.
