In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made, Pramila Devi with the connivance of Mukhiya and Secretary got her appointment illegally manipulating her date of birth.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
