JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-10-2022 The present restoration petition has been filed seeking restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 1469 of 2020, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 6.7.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the learned counsel for the petitioner was suffering from fever, he could not attend the Court, hence, the aforesaid writ petition had stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

Having regard to the facts and

The restoration petition stands allowed.
