1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.351 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Md. Azad had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.41902 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 24.07.2024 after considering the case on its merit and after recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

4. It is next submitted that the petitioner is father of Md. Azad and his case is akin to the case of Md. Azad, thus

5. The learned APP and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.351 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
