The petitioner is in custody in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement. The petitioner he is in custody since 15.12.2018.
